Payment and Ordering Options
Inclement Weather
If we know some light storms are on the way, we will secure the yard cards accordingly. Typically (depending upon the design of the setup) our cards survive up to 25mph (we have survived 35mph, but do not recommend). If weather suggests winds (including gusts) of 25mph or higher, we reserve the right to remove the yard cards early OR push back the setup time.
We ALWAYS try to work with our customers for inclement weather, we will offer extra day, new day, later pickup times, etc. We try our best and we will always discuss with you before anything happens!
We will setup in light rain as long as there is no lightening - Lightening and metal stakes do not mix.
- Freezing Temperatures
We don't get these often but if the temperature is going to drop below freezing - we reserve the right to cancel any bookings. Our roads and vehicles (and let's be honest - us Louisianians), are not prepared for icy roads or freezing conditions. With freezing temps, comes frozen ground. This makes it impossible for us to stake the yard. There will be no refunds given. We will attempt to reschedule with you or reschedule for another event and use the payments towards that.
Delivery & Set Up
Yard Cards will be placed between 9PM the night before and 9AM (summer time hours) or 6PM & 6AM (winter hours) day of or before the booked date and will be picked up at the end of your rental period. Exact time will be determined by our staff. If the sign is for a special event or you need a specific time due to other circumstances, please reach out to us to arrange or put this on the booking form. We cannot always guarantee your requested time - We always try our best though!

Delivery is FREE (inside city limits) Mandeville, Abita Springs, Madisonville, and Covington
There is a $20 delivery fee for (Outside city limits) Covington, Abita Springs & Madisonville, as well as Lacombe, Slidell and Ponchatoula.
For south shore deliveries, fees will range from $40 - $60 depending upon the location. We only service certain areas of Metairie & Kenner. Please contact us for deliveries to these areas.
- Rush Fee
Bookings requested within 48 hours will incur a $25 fee. Bookings requested within 24 hours will incur a $50 fee.
- Gate Codes
If your neighborhood requires a gate code to enter, please be sure to write this on the booking form. If we do not have a gate code when we arrive, we will attempt to reach you. If we cannot reach you within 10 minutes, we will not be able to complete the setup & no refunds will be given.
- Pets on the Property
If installers arrive and at any point dogs, tigers, bears (oh my!) are present and not behind a fence or leashed away from the setup area, we will reach out to you for them to be brought inside/behind a fence. If we cannot reach you, we will not complete the setup. We have had vicious dogs & packs of dogs approach installers aggressively before, there is no way for us to know who is friendly or not - until it is too late. No refunds will be given if the dog cannot be removed from the area.
-Wrong Address Given
We are not responsible if we are given the wrong address. Please be sure to give us the correct address, you can text us a photo of the home even! If we are given the wrong address, there will be a $50 fee to setup at the correct address.
Placement
Placement of individual letters and accents is at the discretion of our staff members. Once placed, repositioning or removal of letters is prohibited. Moving of the signs will incur a $20 fee per sign. If signs are damaged due to yard maintenance, being moved, etc. There will be additional costs depending upon the damage.
Cancellations
There will be a $45 charge for any orders cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date.
Hard Ground
We require you water the yard within 24 hours of sign placement. If you have a specific place you would like the sign, please let us know that, and make sure you water that spot. If you are unable to water - please let us know in advance so that we can plan to use stands for your setup. This can alter the design of the yard cards.
If our installers arrive and cannot place the signs in the ground due to non-watered space, there will be no refunds given, and we will not install the setup. Trying to install into the hard ground can damage signs, stakes, and even installers. This is for safety reasons and to protect our products.
